If a player has 600 plate appearances, can they be injured more than 3 games? I know more than 600, they can't, but I am not sure about 600 exactly.

A player with 600 plate appearances can not be injured for more than 3 games

That would be 3 games per injury. A 600 PA player can get injured multiple times, but not more than 3 games at a time.
