I think that grover had the best draft with the combo of Phils and Rangers. Looks like a perfect fit with the Rangers adding great pitching and 1B, C, RF for the Phils. I think the Rangers and Brewers were the steals of the draft, but I think that the Royals-Brewers don't have enough pitching. Still, Brett, Aaron, Lezcano, Porter, Otis ... are some great 70s players. I predict the best 3 teams are Reds, Phils-Rangers, and Pirates-ChiSox (another great fit - lucky the ChiSox were available that late).

I don't want to hold up loading, Paul, put me in the west if we need to load earlier than I get the credit, OK?

Fair enough. When we run the Randomizer the three teams in Rob's foursome will be in the West.

My team has a ton of RP. My RP corps should be better than my starting rotation. I've got 3 of the top 6 priced RP in the 70's game on my roster plus Terry Forster who is the 15th highest priced RP. I'm going to have quick hook on my SP so these guys can pitch more.

Here is a SABR Bio-Project on the 1976 NL Rookie of the Year. Anyone want to venture a guess as to who it was before opening the link?

Sadly, we won't get to see him perform in our Bicentennial League, but here was one of The Bird's many magical moments in 1976. Be sure to watch until the end of the clip. We'll never see another like him.

Also notice how skinny Ellie Hendricks was!

Does ggrover know we're loading? No rush but was just wondering if he even knew we started to load.
