random divisions
20% drop/add penalty

Draft well, or drop/add and pay the 20% penalty $ cost. Not for the faint of heart and possibly more challenging than usual for trigger fingers.

The $60M cap and drop/add penalty should present some new challenges.

I will take a look at it. Haven't played the 80s league. I'm a guy who played the 1969 leagues before the changeover and now am playing the 70s league.
Sounds like a challenge I would be interested in.

If you like this kind of challenge take a look at my Mendoza Line Redux league. Already did this once and it was a success. My team stunk, but we got a chance to play with some folks we normally don't.
