Hitters must have one of these Four qualities A.) A Career (on his card) BA of .245 or less; OR B.) At least one season on his card with a BA of .225 or less; OR C.) a Salary of $1M or less; OR D.) Have 5 Homers or less listed as his average season. No limitations on pitchers.
