Hal and Pitchers

How does Hal handle the pitchers if you leave your rotation and relief settings blank in the 70s mystery game? Has this rule changed too? I do not have any experience and I would love to be able to play without being at a tremendous disadvantage.

Can someone help me out with this? I noticed there is not a lot of activity on these boards... Thanks.

HAL will go in order of salary for your rotation.
