This theme league is set up to determine which is better - fielding, pitching or hitting. Here are the rules, the league will be 80 mil, DH, and the normal 5/10/20 waivers. The East Division will contain all the "1" rated fielders, the Central will have the high salary pitchers, and the West will have the poor fielding hitters. We will have 3 simultaneous drafts - each draft will be 10 rounds. The East draft is limited to the 42 hitters that are "1" rated fielders. The Central draft will be only for pitchers. The West draft will be only for hitters that are rated "3" or above as fielders. The only exceptions are as follows: Bill Russell can be drafted as an outfielder in the East draft or as a SS in the West draft; and Yount, Templeton, Reggie Jackson, and Dave Parker are eligible in the West draft due to their high error ratings.
Other rules are: (1) for the autodraft, the East and West teams must list their 10 draft picks first and the Central teams can list their pitchers last; (2) your opening day roster must include all 10 of your draft picks; (3) the East can only have hitters that are rated "1" or "2". (4) other than the exceptions mentioned above, the West can never have a hitter that is rated "1" or "2"; and (5) the Central teams must maintain total pitcher salaries greater than 30 mil.
