Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

Here are the Major Rules: RULE 1.) All teams must use The Kingdome as its home field. RULE 2.) There are 60 Starting pitchers with a Career ERA of 3.94 or HIGHER. Those are the only starting pitchers who can be used. ( I can provide list) RULE 3.) That means the rest of the pitching staff must be RP only rated. RULE 4.) 5 round live draft for starting pitchers. 80m dh league.
