I specifically asked for different prizes. I thought guys would prefer these prizes over previous prizes.
Plus I thought this would be more cost effective for them...

For the first one, they didn't provide prizes. Instead, I collected $ from all participants via Paypal and then sent a check to the winnner (ostensibly for a 5 team purchase). I remember receiving an inquiry from Paypal because the tourney was called "March Madness" and they thought I was collecting gambling funds for the NCAAs.

Perhaps someone following this can answer an easy question.

After how many games does (a) the 5% penalty on drops go to 10%,and (b) the 10% go to 20%?
