In a recent Super Stars Sixties Mystery League game, I had four players hit back to back to back to back Home runs for
a come from behind win in the 9th inning. I have never seen this happen before and I have been playing strat-o-matic baseball a long time. (off and on for over 30 years). Anybody out there ever have this happen ?

Update:July 22nd 2014

After doing some research. Using baseball reference as one source. This feat has only been accomplished seven times in Major league baseball history. Starting on June 8th 1961 and the last time August 11th 2010. If this information is
accurate, this event is even rarer than a pitcher throwing a perfect game let alone a no hitter ! Also a good triva question arises concerning J.D. Drew, what unique record does he hold ? Answer: The only player to be involved in two consecutive four home run games ! The two events were also consecutive ! He also had the second of the four home runs both times !

September 18th 2006 with the Dodgers, and April 22, 2007 with the RedSox. Go figure !

I can't recall this ever happening with one of my teams before. However, congratulations and further congrats on making the finals.

Also, HoustonMetfan is starting a 4 decade theme league; you should come and join.

Bot 9th: LA Dodgers
- J. Kent homered to deep center

- J.D. Drew homered to deep right

- R. Martin homered to deep left

- M. Anderson homered to deep right

Ok, this feat above ain't Strat-o-matic. It's from real baseball about eight years ago. The Dodgers hit four consecutive homers in the ninth to tie the game against the Padres. I believe four consecutive team homers has happened three or four times in MLB history.

But, I would imagine it's pretty rare in SOM, too, so, congratulations.

Just as insane to me is the fact that all 4 homers, plus another one in the 7th, were given up by Larry Sherry. 5 hits allowed in 1.2 IP... 5 solo homers. And his fatigue factor never even dropped from F9.

Congrats.
