That's amazing because I have a team with great pitching in the Dome and only have seven shutouts thru 54 games:
Koufax, Sandy L 8 3 117.0 81 25 21 34 123 9 0 0 4 1.62 .98
Marichal, Juan R 7 2 102.0 75 22 21 15 65 8 0 2 2 1.85 .88
Short, Chris L 6 3 77.2 64 23 22 18 61 3 0 0 4 1 2.55 1.06
Wise, Rick R S7* 4 3 52.0 54 17 14 16 32 4 +1 0 4 7 2.42 1.35
I cut Horlen(for Wise) after five or six starts, and he is an All Star for his other team, so I have had very good pitchers for pretty much the whole season to date yet only have managed seven shutouts. I also have only given up 17 unearned runs,

Koufax's hits to innings pitched is incredible! Is that normal for Koufax in a pitcher's Park in the 60's set?

That's not normal for Koufax. This turned out to be a pitchers' league.

Up to 20 shutouts. Also have had four shutouts that were lost in extra innings.

Check out this one that was not lost. Ten inning shutout. One hit for the winners!
