Need help Interpreting Oglive 70's Card

Trying to read Oglive's card.

In this game below, he lined out w/ a runner on 3rd and only one out. Based on the fact that it was not a LO DP, I conclude that his card is 1980, not 1981. Am I interpreting this correctly?
