Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

I've tried to get an 80s live draft league up in the past and it seems to flounder with no more than 4 or ever getting in. I thought I would give it a try here with a signup sheet similar to all the theme leagues. I would also like voting oin the following:

DH v. No DH
$80M v. $999M

I would like to be at $999M because with a life draft, everyone has that equal shot at talent, so the need for a cap seems like overkill. BUt I'll leave it to a vote. I hope we can fill this up

I'm considering joining, OK if we go $999 but I would like to do a league where we limit the number of moves. With 999, the waiver wire will be flowing every day with transactions.

I'd be ok with this, but is there a way to set it up?

With no cap, the flip side of wild amount of waiver wire moves is some studs may be cut to quick.
