With the trading deadline approaching, wanted to run a small tournament where folks would be encouraged to be "buyers or sellers" close to the trade deadline. The scoring is set up to encourage teams to "buy" and sell to set up to win a championship. Winning at least one title should get the manager into the finals after the five years of the keeper league.

The rules for the Keeper Mystery League

1. After five years, a six team champions league will be formed based on points from each of the seasons as follows: 5 pts for a championship, 3 for second place, 1 for a playoff appearance.
2. The duration of the league will be for five seasons. Each team will retain the same ballpark and name.
3. Each team will retain the same roster from the previous season. Of course, with each new season, the actual year of the player will change.
4. There will be an autodraft followed by a frenzy.
5. Teams are free to make deals as they want in the off seasons, but all rosters changes each year will have to be approved by both sides in the new year. So, if you want to be Deandre Jordan from basketball, you could back out of a deal.
6. Prize. I will throw in two extra credits for the overall winner.
7. Drop Outs. If anyone drops out, their franchise will be replaced by a new owner. They will have the same roster and same team name/location for continuity, but a new GM/Owner.
8. First two years will be no DH, then last 3 will have a DH.

I am interested but do not understand what you mean by this.
