Why is Lasalle not #2?

Yes, I thought the draft order was to be based on the final standings with worst record first, second worst record next and so on. What's up?

After each season, we can keep 3 players (you can change keepers year to year based on your roster) and then will have a 1 round draft for a 4th player out of all available players sans the 36 keepers. Order of this 1 round draft is based on W-L record after game 141 (worst record gets first pick, 8th worst gets #8 and then playoff results determine #9-12).
Stadiums stay with you season to season.
In the 1 round draft you can choose to change stadiums and then you will be able to draft a player at the end of that round.
If a keeper is cut he can be picked up by another manager.

I went back to league rules under prior commissioner, thought that's how we did it, but this is good, prevents nba tanking.
