You have a lot of work to do. I would plan on replacing McAndrew, Drago & Fisher on your staff and look for a 4th starter. Sutter can be a 1 man bullpen if need be. I like Leonard a lot but, usually in a hitters park with lots of hitters behind him.

Sundberg, Bowa, Schmidt, maybe Blair are the only frontline position players you have. All 1's on defense sounds good but, isn't all that successful. At least it hasn't been for me. White isn't played much at 2B, you can do better. You will need a big lefty bat or 3 for the 70's depending on the starters in your division.

I'd try to get that 4th starter then plan to be around at 5 PM est to piece togther a team.
