Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

After 3 games F Malzone has BP FX SI of 0/1 and BP FX HR of 0/1; BUT he has no LO's and only one FB (a 2B Error which I believe only appears on pitchers cards).
So, any idea how the BP FX SI and HR occur without a LO or FO??

There is a max rules in play that turns line outs into other (out) results, such as ground outs.
