After what game played does the 10% drop penalty arise?

Please indulge me a question that I should know the answer to: in 5/10/20 drop penalty leagues - can you still make drops after game 39 and before game 40 at the 5% drop penalty rate ? After what game played does the 10% drop penalty take effect?

The answer is YES. You can make drops at the 39 game point at the 5% penalty. As soon as games 40, 41 and 42 are played, the penalty instantly goes to 10%.

...and when does the penalty jump to 20%?

5/10/20% (default) - games 1-41: 5%, games 42-80: 10%, games 81+: 20%
