Have to like that Ruben Mateo 2001 season. ZERO AB's and SOM in their IDIOTIC wisdom puts this card in.
https://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/8489/1700/1/120Would have like the 2003 Pedro Feliz. The same reasoning applies as the above.
Perfect reasons WHY I DO NOT play the mystery game!!

The stats are just missing on the card for 2001. The set is brand new, I'm sure there's a few small things they will correct.

He does have stats for the season, so it's just a glitch that will be corrected....
However, it gives me a chance to comment on the best way(IMHO) to retool the 70's and 80's set and that is by creating a CAREER AVERAGE card for all players. Not only does this give you a true representation of a player's stats ( disregarding a fluke offensive season or the injury-plagued campaign where they failed to perform up-to-par), it gives players with abbreviated careers--Lyman Bostock and Doug Ault leap to mind-- a fifth year to qualify for the "Mystery Game".
