The league will consist of 9 seasons, starting in 1971, including every year of the decade until 1979. (Season 1 – 1971, Season 2 – 1972, Season 3 – 1973…
PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
A player’s eligibility is based on the years represented on his card – specifically the first and last. A player’s rookie season is the first year on his card – if their first card is pre-1991, then 1991 is their rookie season. A player’s retirement season is based on the last year on their card.
All players that have a first card (pre 1971 or 1971) will be eligible to play the first season, + All the 1M or less ...
Season 1 : There will be a live draft on the board (10 rounds- Including A STADIUM)-
Season 2 : There will be a draft (2 rounds) for all the new players that have 1972 as a first card (ranking 12-1, 1-12).
Season 3 : There will be a draft (2 rounds) for all the new players that have 1973 as a first card (ranking 12-1, 1-12)...
RESERVING PLAYERS
Teams reserve players by keeping them on their team roster. During the season, you have rights to any eligible player on your team, but once released they are available to any other team.
At the end of every season, you retain rights to all players on your roster. ALL PLAYERS MUST BE ON YOUR DRAFT LIST, IF THEY ARE NOT, THEY WILL BECOME FREE AGENTS.*
***The 1M or less players will be free agents every season, with no team reserving their rights season-to-season.
Rookies not drafted will be available to any team as free agents (available through the auto-draft, waivers, or free agency). SAME FOR ALL THE PLAYERS THAT WERE ON THE WAIVERS THE PREVIOUS SEASON, IF THEY ARE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY.
