MANTLE'S Injury Read

Runners on 2nd and 3rd. no outs in the 4rd Inning. Mantle is injured on a Ground Out and both runners hold.

Is Mantle's read ???????

1966- .927 OPS gb(2b)C+ injury
OR
1965- .831 OPS gb(1b)A+ injury

If this happened in the first two innings, you could figure it to be 65. However, since infield was probably in, it could be either; thus, no way to tell.
