Why did Romo get credit for the win?

Leake was pitcher of record, Romo came in to get final out. Why didn't Leake get the W and Romo a S?
Leake was certainly effective enough to justify getting the W.

Yes, Romo should have gotten the Save and Leake the Win. Technically, even though this appears to be an open and shut case, an official scorer can award Romo with the win. However, in this case, the official scorer would have to be a Romo family member for him to pick a win here!!
