On thing to make sure of is when creating your team, you must designate the salary cap as 90 million.

what sort of league is this? Live draft? Auto draft? DH? etc...

I'll jump in, I feel like 90 is a great cap number, always felt hamstrung by the 80 and the 100 allowed just a touch too extreme a team if you wanted it.
