90M league with a twist.

Tired of having to pay for roster moves? Let's add some quasi-realism. The league is 80 M until game 140; then it becomes 90 M. At no time can you go over 80M before game 140. It will be like bringing up the promising rookies in MLB in September.

How would you handle the game 140 callup(s)? Draft in reverse order of record (which could be done before game 139)? Frenzy (at a time convenient for those of us who live on the West Coast)? Other?

I was thinking anytime after game 138 was played and before game 141 begins. Don't see a need for anything formal other than that guideline, at that cap plenty of players for everybody.

Will we pay the 20% penalty on our drops?

You'll have an extra 10M to play with but no way around the 20% hit on drops at that point in the season. Unless, Strat changes their programming just for us...
