The 'leash', a counterpoint to the 200x leagues that have suddenly allowed unleashed guys with cards based on very few plate appearances. In this case the league bans the use of the fantasim freaks: Vaughan, Mathews, Dickey,Lajoie, and any others known to be imported from fantasim. Also no Gates Brown, the guy was only included in ATG because Bernie caved to Scorehouse's repeated demands. The real Mathews, Vaughan etc. cards are, of course, available.
