help question about draft newbie

sorry if im missing something simple
im doing my first draft , the first page has all my empty slots
i then search and get a players list but the slots are no longer visible
how do i actually move a player to my draft ? , right click seems no go
I can pick up the player name and drag it , but cant find anywhere to drag it to

i havent been on in a long time & i see everything has changed.
i bought a team & i didnt pick what type of league i wanted yet &
it assigned me to a 80 mil league but i want to do a 100 mil league.
how do i change this so i can set up my draft for a 100 mil ?
any input would be great.
