Idea for a new 70's Regional League

I'll be loading my autodraft late tonight or early tomorrow morning.

One last question, are we allowed to trade during the period after Free Agency but before the season starts?

.....or should we go with option A, would there be trading allowed at all?

Still waiting on The Conndor, durantjerry and franky to load their teams. Let get this league filled. C'mon guys.

Please let me know the password. I vote for option A but durantjerry may withdraw in that case, I am fine either way.

This is true. I played the Reds once before in a theme league and did not make the playoffs. So, although the Reds were the best team of the 70s (maybe the best all-time); the salary structure and luck of the draw on years means that the Reds are no guarantee of a championship. Limiting teams to only carded players will probably be a disadvantage to me since I am one of those owners that make a lot of free agent moves. With the limited free agent moves, my season will depend on the luck of the draw on years, especially for pitching which could be trouble for the Reds/Braves. That said, I'm definitely ok with either rule.

If we have another league with this set of owners, we can draft our teams and play a two team league.
