Idea for a new 70's Regional League

What is the decision regarding free agency? I am ready to load but would respectively want to withdraw if the rules were changed.

As posted, the majority would like to try the option A in restricting the teams to cards only from the region. We are leaving it open as to "open" a possibility for free agency later in the season if that is the consensus. We are just trying to create a more historic league. I respect and understand your decision either way. I have posted this under Individual League Chat for future postings. Let us know. Thanks sir.

Why don't we just go with the original intent? Let's get this rolling.

I would not be in favor of opening it up to free agency part way through the season, once we start down a path, stay on it.

The majority wanted option A- I'm good either way but check back over the posts. I opened it up for input on Option A or B and more wanted the A. Just trying to make this work-- Hope we still can--
