Goodness - I found a few gifts on the waiver wire!

That never happened before this version of NLD

Semper,

I figured AT would make some moves, seems like he always waits till the last minute to surprise us. I kind of don't blame him however as I almost jumped on Price myself. Just didn't want to weaken my bench as we're not very injury proof. I wasn't disappointed, just making an observation. ;)

AT,

Yep, I wasn't sure we were going to see another NLD so glad we're rolling. Be happier if we'd have won a couple close games instead of losign them,b ut.... what are you going to do? Left guys on base in a 12 inning game. :|

One advantage living in Shanghai through the NLD 31 season, your team results appear at lunch time :D

Another note, I had one ATG Barnstorm Tour team reach the finals and another ATG team sweep 3 games (24-3 W-L tear over last 27 games) - yet I'm pizzed that my NLD team got swept at home :x

Don't blame you Semper.

Interesting to note how tight the East and the Cnetral have played through 3 series.

In the East DJ is 7-2 with a +1. Stoney is 2-7, but only -5

The Central is all within a game.

West is a bit more disparate, but it's certainly a SSS

Any thoughts out there so far fellas?

Our division has been really balanced so far.

It looks really balanced overall. It should be a fun league!

I think my squad will be competitive to the end, and my pitching should continue to be at or near the top for fewest runs allowed. I'm hoping to channel Earl Weaver and win with 'pitching, defence, and the 3-run homer'. 8-)

Well, I usually wait for enough RP usage to give good numbers. League will be balanced as usual, especially in a $100 mil league. You just have enough cap that everyone puts a pretty good team together.

I'll probably at least wait until all three divisions have played each other.

Wow Keyz, didn't notice that. That's a tough stretch. and you're 2-5 in one runners and most losses in your division.

Not sure there's ever a good time for that.
