I knew I had some inj. risk OF's on my team, but three out at the same time for multiple series is a bit much. I also had Victor, a 1 inj. rated C down for six. :x

Man, that's tough to lose all three starting OF at the same time! Mr. Downs, say hello to RF. Ouch.

One thing. . . . . . you don't have V-Mart in this league! :-P Unless Keyzick is loaning him to you somehow. 8-)

Greetings from Shanghai! :D

With my bats being quiet, I had to fix that damn pitching staff! Ain't like I went cheap on the bunch

Adams paced for a record in HRs allowed with 9 over some 35 innings and Masterson just couldn't catch a break with the 5R rating but Dickey hangs in there - go figure.

I thought Zack G would be a good grab until I put my glasses on and saw his LHB side - geezus - might as well put a batting cage out for the homerun derby

Oddly, my Coors' bats can't get a ball out of the infield - I sent them some stuff from Shanghai which when added to water makes everything just work that much better. ;)

Whilst my NLD has been blah, I took another ring in ATG. This time - the barnstormer tour series.

Semper,

Congrats on the ring!

Glad to see Adams leave the division. ;)

Have fun in Shanghai!

Goodness!

Did Brandon League decide last night's series was a fathers and sons outing?

How in the heck can he yield 3 homeruns to two Punch and Judy type hitters?

Of course, you just have to wonder about those home-away errors when you allow 6 unearned runs in one inning.

Could be a different season if the team could pull up hits socks in the bullpen

Actually Semper only 3 runs were unearned in that 7-run inning. When a new Pitcher comes in the prior errors do not apply to the new guy's stats. You treat it as if there were 0 outs, so the runners he allows to reach are earned if there are no more errors.

Jeep

You're right. I didn't read the box score too well.

What I do know is we're focusing on all facets of our game and we're going to learn from this poor execution on the field.

Nice! Thanks AT. We'll have to link the photos in here so the boys can check it out. ;)

In SOM action: Played a wild one with Zim last night. Go extras, we take a 1 run lead in the 11th on a FC (leaving 2 on), but Kinsler hits a 1-16 bphr to tie it.

Then we score another run on a FC (leaving 3 on), and Zim *misses* a 1-16 bphr that would have tied it again! Holland got the last out to end the game after that (on a 1-13 bpsi). Whew!

Ok, almost everyone has played everyone now so I'll do the ratings this week sometime. I have some time off so I think I can get that done.

Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving! (At least you US Citizens, you Canadians??? GET BACK TO WORK! :) )
