Pesos league chat/trade discussion

Hey not sure who's seen a similar post on other leagues from me, but I am in what is close the the 7th circle right now with this new project.

I've prepped my team so it's ready to load.

But I just don't have a ton of time to be checking in right now.

If someone could shoot me an email when the west is ready to load in that would be much appreciated so I don't hold you guys up.

Also - I'm looking to move Troy Patton in anyone needs a strong lefty reliever. Feel free to make me an offer. I don't really have a specific I'm looking for in return, picks and/or prospects are always enjoyed.

After reading and writing the rules of our league here (they're now on the first page of this thread) I came across a couple things I wasn't too sure about. They are...

1) Under prospect rules it states we will have two 2-prospect drafts within a calendar year (one after Spring FA draft and the other after the Supp draft). We obviously grouped them together in our inaugural Prospect draft. Is that something (one four prospect player draft) you all wish we should continue or should we do as the rules state next time (two separate Prospect drafts of two picks each)?

2) Under General rules #8) I need to know what the heck that's all about. I always assumed if someone traded a 9th round pick you don't get one back just because you cut an extra player; You simply had to pick in extra rounds (beyond the tenth) to get back to 40 (if you are currently under 40 after 10 regular rounds. Please explain that ruling to me. Thisisdan26 might know best but I'm open to anyone with any insight here.
