Salary cap options?

I know that there is probably not a lot of support for this but I would like some lower salary cap options. Say 30 mil or even 20 and 25 mil. Yes I know it has been done before but it would be much less of a hassle if you just had the cap instead of drafting with another cap and trying to get everyone down to 30 million. I think it would be a heck of a challenge to draft a 25 million dollar team. Anyone else interested? Thoughts?

I'd be all for lower caps, as I consider $80M extravagant spending. Not sure I'd go below $30M, never to $20M.
