Current Qualifiers

Champions
1906 Cleveland Naps
1915 Boston Red Sox
1927 New York Yankees
1932 New York Yankees
1949 New York Yankees

Runnerups (will compete in Semi-Final League, with top 3 finishers making the Finals Round)
1905 Philadelphia A's
1912 Pittsburgh Pirates
1924 Washington Senators
1933 New York Giants
1949 Brooklyn Dodgers

I have decided to wait and make sure of the method of selecting the 2 Wild Cards for the Semi-Finals, whether it be best season record, best Pythagorean record, or some other method or combination. (May even use my panel or all managers in a vote of some kind...)
As of now, these three non-Finals participants are in the running for the 2 Wild Cards:
1906 Chicago Cubs 102-60.......112-50 Pythagorean Record
1905 New York Giants 101-61......109-53 Pythagorean Record
1939 New York Yankees 92-70......97-65 Pythagorean Record

After barely avoiding a 100 loss season and helping three teams become contenders with a sterling 24-48 record in intradivisional play, it looks like I amy be poised for a revengeful comeback.

I wasn't a part of thius theme from the onset. As an example, who are the eligible players that bontomn can draft with that stellar 55 Dodgers team? Are they all the BKN of the 1950s only? That will give me some idea as to what team to pick. The 59 Cubs will pick up exactly where their cross town rivals left off in the last league.

JKolak: The rosters are pretty much set in concrete for each team, as listed in the 20th Century Tournament Rosters thread I bumped up in the ILC. You may (or may not) have a couple of choices to make to stay under the $90 mil cap. But you can only draft the players Andy listed for each team. Take a look at the rosters. If there are only 24 players listed, draft a cheapie and then drop him after the league fills.

Yeah JKolak, I tried to stay as true to the roster for the particular year as STrat would let me (based on cards available: no Sany Amoros for example). I USUALLY allow any card for the player to be used, but the players on the roster list are your only options.
Also, 90m cap and strict 24-man rosters
