Just curious,

In a Non-DH league, what do you guys budget for pitching?

I don't follow a strict guideline for hitter to pitcher salary ratio but in a no-DH league the pitching would be slightly higher. I would estimate 50-30.

A lot depends on your park or the type of team you are creating. A ratio that works in one situation may not work in another.

As little as I can possible get away with, then subtract $5,000,000

Just make sure you don't waste payroll sitting in the bullpen or between starts.
it also depends on how injury prone your lineup is. This impacts on how you need to budget for your bench.
