Will trade my 2nd round pick and McLouth or Cameron in the upcoming draft for a stud C or SP with a good future.

Drops (12):

Blanco. Henry

Bradley, Milton
Harris, Willie
Qualls, Chad
Wade, Cory
Ramirez, Ramon
Fuentes, Brian
Gregg, Kevin

I wouldn't say that I'm necessarily in a rush to trade any of these guys, but I'm kind of curious as to what I might be able to get for some of my big guns while they still have some big years left. So if you're interested in Pujols, Utley or Sabathia (or anyone else for that matter,) make an offer. Also, I wouldn't mind trading a starter like Buehrle or Rowland-Smith for a lefthanded power bat in '09.

Stadiums

PostWed Nov 21, 2012 10:16 am

From the league rules:

4) The final round of the annual free agent draft will be for stadium selection. Only those managers who have released their current stadium prior to the beginning of the annual draft will be allowed to draft a new one.
5) If a team’s stadium is replaced in real life (like Yankee Stadium), then that manager will have the option of keeping the new replacement stadium or releasing it to draft another.
6) Stadium draft order in the annual draft will be the same as for players.

With that, we have drops from all the teams. I'd like to suggest that
(a) we start the draft immediately
(b) we extend the "no clock" rule for Thanksgiving weekend, or at least for THU-SAT.

I had been lazy about finalizing the rosters, since we had talked about the draft not starting until next Monday.

I can have them updated by tomorrow afternoon or so. After that, the "no clock" holiday weekend timing makes sense to me.

Great, thanks! Because starting early with no clock is essentially the same (no one gets penalized) but we might get through a round or 2 over the weekend if people can check in.
