I looked as well and I dont see those rules spelled out anywhere- and YES they should be.

Only been "YEARS" I've been asking Bernie for this no-brainer...but hey til a few of us shouted, it was "YEARS" before we even got the blu-wiki page.

Ive been quiet here for a while-
but in line with the rules thing, Im not seeing our communication updated- in fact the only update this month has been to tell us about the new game.

Think its time for someone to get back on the stick and start providing us with more updates.
