Your event 2 scores are included in the preliminary standings total - BUT - as noted on the standings page:

1. the standings were done as of the games completed on Tuesday November 20.
2. that was before you got the bonus points for event 1. The bonus points will show up for you in the next standings report
3. I had added your wins for events 1 and 2, plus 5 wins in lieu of 9 games in hand for event 1, and 32 wins in lieu of 64 games in hand in event 2, compared to the teams with the most completed games in each of those events.
4. As of last Tuesday night, that was 86 wins for event 1 (not completed) plus 5 wins for games in hand = 91, and 1 win in event 2 plus 32 wins for 64 games in hand = 33, for a total of 124 adjusted wins (with games in hand factored in) through last Tuesday Nov. 20.

I will be updating the standings again soon.

This league is NOT password protected. (It was originally password protected, but I've restarted it without password protection). (In the meantime, League 4 has already filled, and we are not back to filling up league 3).

If you are having any difficulties, please feel free to send me a Private Message - you can get to that by clicking on my user name in the left column, and clicking on the button for "send message". You'll see if you have new messages at the top of this screen "__ new messages".

This particular league is a relatively high salary cap for your initial team draft - $100,000,000. But you'll know this since you have already entered the league. You can select your lineups and starting pitchers, and make various strategy settings, by clicing down from the "Team" heading at the top of your screen for the online game page for your team.

There is also a help button on the right hand side of that same menu bar.

Apart from the input/output and menu commands, a lot of the normal baseball strategy considerations will apply very nicely in this online game. When selecting your roster, consider your home ballpark choice, and consider the rosters of the other players in your league - especially in your own division, since you will play almost half of your games (72) against divisional rivals.

By the way, I'm sorry to say that if you missed events 1 and 2 of this tournament, you can't really get through to the final 24 team playoff (unless you won 162 games a couple of seasons in a row!). Good stuff. I kind of knew the basics and played a lot of strato in my youth but I needed the ins and outs on how to set up the team so HAL won't kill me. I am in for any tourneys in future. Please message me I have several credits available.
