HELP BERNIE league not running

The "4 the true players" league was set to draft at 9AM on 11/26. It is now 10:30 AM on 11/27. Can someone tell me what is causing this league to not run na when will it start?

What I believe happens is. A player brings up their team from a completed league, withdraws from that league and joins a new league. This leaves the old league short a player and showing in the league directory. You can scan through the directory and find a few completed leagues missing a player. They will have an * next to the playoff teams.
So they take this team and join the new league. Now Im just guessing, But possibly the system sees this team as a completed team and therefore cannot create the new league. Being the team has already completed the season.
I could be wrong, but that is my guess as to whay the leagues freeze like this.

Regardless of the reason, some response from SOM would be nice. There has been no update since 9am yesterday.
