wow, i thought these kind of errors were a thing of the past. fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...

am i the only person that has ever heard of a test server for implementing new sh*t? some one was clearly messing with code on the server or else this never would of happened.

yes,that part at least, has the signature of previous handiwork. It's not hard. Dev server. Test server. Ops server. But in this age of quick gratification, that just takes too much "process" and is not worth the time.
