If the St Louis Browns are not selected as a franchise as I suspect they will not be...then Willard Brown who played for Browns would be available as a NEL player and eligible for the NEL Draft...and as I stated earler Satchell and Quincy Troupe are only elligible for the Cleveland franchise and our not subject to the two NEL playe rule...hope that helps...

once we get 7 yes votes...and the 12 owner steps up...I will ask for random number to set up the draft...at that time we will send it to the ILC (Individual league chat forum) and then load once ATG VII is released

OK - think I understand you now. Those 3 players are eligible as regular (not NEL draftees) to their respective teams, Browns and Indians, because they played for them 1953 or earlier.


And I had previously answered in the affirmative to the 2 round serpentine draft of the NEL players.

Yes to draft, I believe some of these franchise are loaded with quality players. Therefore, perhaps some of the other teams should get higher draft picks.

There's no guaranty that will happen though...
