We've got Bradley, Hankinson, Coleman, Galvin, Clarkson, Keefe and Sowders - pitchers from the 1880s in the latest addition ... how about a couple of outstanding hitters from the AA?

Dave Orr
Pete Browning
Harry Stovey
John Reilly
Henry Larkin

1886 Double-duty Bob Carruthers would be interesting.

Pre-1900 players are in short supply for theme leagues.

Scott Rolen+Paul Konerko!!!!

Come one lets at least get all of the thoroughbreds before we ask for the Brady Anderson's and Jay Payton's of the world....

PS I would liike the Payton card though. I believe that 2003 anomaly was on my first Strat team ever and I remember really liking Payton in particular. :D

Posted this somewhere else.........I'm not against adding more recent cards as are being suggested
I think, however, that there are few cards that still need to be added to the set.....

ATG NEEDS TO ADD the following:
55 Al KAline, 11 Sam Crawford, 87 Andre Dawson, 47 Bob Elliott, 75 Fred Lynn, 22 Rabbit Maranville, 04 Manny Ramirez, 83 Dale Murphy, 53 Al Rosen, 73 Willie Stargell, 05 David Ortiz, 69 Rusty Staub, 49 Vern Stephens, 44 or 48 Bobby Doerr, 49 Ted Williams, 51 Bobby Thomson (who picked all his cards, Ralph Branca?), 50 or 54 Hank Thomson (great NeL and Giant--not even represented), 70 Cesar Tovar, 10 Heinie Wagner, 70 Carl Yastrzemski (good offensive card eligible in LF AND 1b), 50 Eddie Yost, 77 Dave Parker, 79 Jim Rice, 03 Trot Nixon, 08 Dustin Pedroia.

These cards would be nice additions as well:63 Bobby Allison, 04 Bobby Abreu, 55 Richie Ashburn, 84 Buddy Bell, 93 Jeff Blauser, 38 Harlond Clift, 77 Lyman Bostock, 58 Jackie Jensen, 01 or 07 Chipper Jones, 91 Dave Justice, Jim Lemon, 60 Roger Maris, 95 AND 98 Tino MArtinez, 91 Terry Pendleton, 77 Mickey Rivers, 52 Hank Sauer, 53 Red Schoendienst, 89 Lonnie Smith, 92 or 96 Gary Sheffield, 50 Earl Torgeson, 53 Gus Zernial, 35 Joe Vosmik, 63 Leon Wagner, a usable Chase Utley.

Garrett Anderson as well as Payton and Wilson were staples on all my good 2003 teams.

'69 Rusty Staub is a 4e13, or close to it, in the 1969 game. I doubt he would be used in ATG with that poor fielding.
