The tribe has spoken on the draft so no changes there, but yes picking up dropped players having bad years or trading away a player having a good year for someone you judge better but in a bad year are legitimate strategies for improving for next year which aren't tanking.

I am open to trading the #1 pick in Round 16 (the stadium round). I had been planning on a Yankee Stadium team, but since I missed out on all the best left-handed power hitters, I'm rethinking that strategy. Vida Blue is also available along with the #1 pick in the stadium round. Let me know if you are interested.

My reading of the rules ("The 16th round be reserved for Stadium.") and what franky just wrote - I'm pretty sure that is round 16 only.
