ATG VII Question

PostSun Dec 16, 2012 3:14 am

I understand that ATG VII allows you to "Shuffle the Deck" and choose from a subset of 1,000 to 2,000 players, in 100 player increments. Is it possible that the randomizer would choose 100% pitchers?... if not, is there a constant ratio of hitters to pitchers in any subset?...if so, what is that percentage?

Don't know if there's a set %, but I'm in a 1500 player league that's 59.2% hitters.

Our 1,200 player league has a very similar split- 41% pitchers/ 59% hitters.

if they are going to do this shuffle feature might be an interesting twist if you could control the ration of pitchers/hitters.

Or even control more factors....I'd love a league where you could only draft righty batters or pitchers etc...
