how will divisions be determined?

would it be prudent to base the divisions based on our draft order because the availability/quality of teams picked would/should create some balance? the teams available to me at the 23rd pick are at a talent level similar to what the 24th team will have access to?

just a thought.....but i also thought travis snider was the blue jays messiah several years ago

wasn't too happy with the 20th pick overall, however after further look including my second pick, I'm in the middle of the pack........we will see how it plays out.
