New Arky Vaughan card?

Any results so far? Just wondering how Arky's new card at $10.2M is doing? They still got the speed wrong -- he was one of the fastest guys in the league, yet Strat just gives him a 13 running rating.

They also got the GIDP wrong - he only hit into 5 all season which does not correspond to his gbA count.

If his 1935 card is from a computer generated season and not a cadillac season then out distribution including double plays may not have been reflective of actual stats. Another reason I want as many super advanced cadillac season cards as possible in ATG.

I agree, it's still an injustice. The running rating really bothers me.

They should only use cards from the (as u call them) Cadalac season cards.
These are as close to real as you can get them. Some of the seasons are pure guesses when it come to outs/DPs etc.

It would be a huge improvement if they could have lefties hit more to right and righties to left - but I ask too much

Just a thought, maybe they could give us an editor where we could play with just the highly recearched cards - there are so many cards now, it would be fun to have a league with just the most accurate cards.

One of the best ideas I have read on these boards in a long time.

One problem with the chevy seasons is many were generated before stats for L/R were readily available. Thus many hitters and pitchers, especially from the 1800s and early 1900s are balance E when their advanced cards when available would be something else.
