Changing stadiums after your draft gives more managerial control too, but I'd be against it because not only does it dumb the game down but it's as unrealistic as anything here could be. (imo)
Now having options like allowing Ozzie to bunt more vs lefties makes sense to me...or set a base runner to aggressively steal second, but not third an certainly not home also makes sense to me...Or to more aggressively steal with two outs or some such...or have the pinch hitting feature applied correctly, since guys marked avoid "rarely" get pinch hit for regardless of a 200m roster with half dozen appropriate choices on your bench..... but "reverse line ups" are a made up benefit of seeing strat cards...and have little to nothing to do with real Baseball....
Bobby Bonilla almost always batted lefthanded against John Tudor. I know on at least a few occasions Robby Alomar did the same against Jim Abbott.
