Love the Shuffle Option... So.. I am thinking of something like this.

An honor rule here, must carry 30 players

Small LIVE DRAFT, on the boards here. Drafting for Stadiums ONLY.
Draft set up, the old fashioned way, by picking a states 3 digit lottery drawing. Lowest states lottery pick gets first pick, 2nd lowest lottery gets 2nd pick, and so on...

So, for the draft, which will be two rounds (Serpentine) 1 thru 12, then 12 back down to 1, we will be picking to eliminate one of the stadiums with one of your picks, and the other pick, will be to decide which stadium is yours.

So, with the field narrowed down, randomly to 30 stadiums, we will be eliminating 12 more! The question is, do you eliminate that one stadium you hate playing in, or do you pick the one you wanna play in first?

And so we can keep it fair, divisions will be set up 1/4/7/10 is the east, 2/5/8/11 is the Central and 3/6/9/12 will be the West.

The Person who ends up with the first pick, will create the league and give the password to the rest of us so we can see what stadiums we have to chose from.

And, I like the 30 player thing if only cause its a 100 mill league, lets fill those rosters and see what some of the 1 and 2 mill guys can do off the bench.

sounds like fun - but u need to do the elimination 1st - otherwise everyone will pick a stadium making the eliminations moot.
