1960's League Sign ups

I think some amount of live draft is necessary because if 8 teams all go for the same 11M player then 7 teams may end up with a player not elligible for this league which is much worse than simply getting an 8M player.

We probably need to go from 1955-1969 to get enough players and I think you are right about some draft being necessary.

That sounds good - why don't you edit your original posting. And maybe post the whole schpeel in the regular ATG section also?

Earth to svenska, come in svenska. Your loyal (to some extent) subjects need your leadership and guidance on this '60s league you proposed.

The more live draft the better - the draft is half the fun of such a theme. I'd suggest we do 12 to 16 rounds then AD the final spots. If we get a good committed (and patient) group, the draft is blast and adds a lot of value to the credit!

I will e-mail a couple of the old 1969 game owners and see if we can get this thing filled!

And yes, I agree with the broader '55-69 range. Gives a little breathing room.

We had a great group of regulars that played the '69 game, so I am hopeful we will fill this thing. I e-mailed a half dozen or more tonight, so we will see.

But the "live" draft is pretty vital in my view. We did many successful drafts on these boards. Hopefully the group will agree.

Somebody please e-mail me when we fill.
