I notice signatures are now gone, and no ability to edit them...

I have to admit I stayed off of the boards while I was at work because of it (LOL), my wife didn't actually believe I was on a baseball message board when she saw it at home

Awww, that sucks. My wife didn't mind the bouncing Asian girl. I showed her to my wife and she laughed and was impressed by the girl's level of fitness. I'm not kidding. My kick boxing, hockey playing, marathon running, Insanity and P90X workout psycho of a wife looks at things differently than most humans. We see a hottie Asian girl bouncing on a bed and she sees someone who watches what she eats and does a good job toning.

However, the Strato police in Glen Head may have looked at our Asian girlfriend in a different light and decided to protect us from her appealing-ness.

Most discussion forums have size limits on messages to be posted, so that the database does not blow up to unmanageable proportions.

#1... it's an IMG tag, nothing uploaded to the site, so it would not affect any database size.

The problem I have is, fine, even though I've broken no rule (and yes I went thru the forum rules) they have the right (in the rules) to remove anything else they don't seem fit. That's fine remove it. It's not like message boards haven't been around for over a decade and this is new.

The problem I have is simple. No communication (I've had avatars removed before, they let you now when they do and mroe importantly why) and then removing my ability to add a new one in?

If I had multiple issues with it and kept doing it wrong, sure I could see removing my ability to place a signature. But removing it, banning my ability, all with no communication. Nazi Germany all over again.....
