The Signs They Are a Changing 1960-69 League - Playing

Please sign-up or reaffirm your intent to participate. Only players with a card between and including 1960 and 1969 can be drafted and the card used for that player must fall within those years. This league will be waivers with 5/10/20% escalating drop/add penalties. 80M cap, no DH. 26 round draft via this thread, including a unique stadium. Draft order will be via randomizer. Divisions by picks 1, 4, 7, 10 East, 2, 5, 8, 11 Central, etc.

Just to be clear, each owner has exclusive rights to the players he drafts and should fill out his AD card with these 25 names. If there are any unintentional errors during the AD and someone ends up with another owner's player, he must surrender that player to the rightful owner (this shouldn't happen if everyone simply AD's their drafted roster) ASAP. But everyone must draft 25 players from this set at or below the 80MM cap and AD these 25.

After the AD is run, owners can still add/drop players, initially via the waivers process and after that via free agency. But if they drop a player they drafted, that player is then a free agent, open to anyone. The league will be set-up using the 5/10/20% drop penalty rules for after the season starts.

In other words, you are not restricted to the roster you draft for the whole season.

I am not sure if Randy (LMB) ever signed-up here, so will e-mail him to confirm. All other please post here to affirm you intent to participate and readiness to start the draft. Bob asked that we wait until Monday, so we will do that.

I believe that one, complete listing of all eligible players needs to be forwarded to the league owners so that there is no question of which players are available to begin with - any opinions on such a player listing clarification?

How about stadiums? What are we doing there? i.e., require unique ball parks, limit selection to those in the 60s? Not sure if there are enough for that actually.

Good question on parks - I count 13 from this time period (including a couple dups from different years). I am open to ideas, but I'd say we can draft a ballpark with any of our 20 picks and select from those 13 unique stadiums dated in the 60-69 period.

Yes, if anyone is able and willing to pull together a list of eligible players (culled from the Excel sheet you can download for ATGVII), it would be great to all use the same sheet.
