Best 200 mil team ERA

Just curious. I don't think the record books include 200 mil teams.
What are the best ERA marks you have posted with a 200 mil cap? Link to team so we can see makeup and park.

I have not looked at all my past teams. I rarely play in extreme pitchers parks. And I typically do not make the commitment to pitching I once did. So this is probably best I have posted.
